Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Eclipse Auto Salon ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use our services.

Services

Eclipse Auto Salon provides professional automotive services including but not limited to:

• Ceramic window tinting installation
• Mobile auto detailing services
• Residential window tinting
• Headlight restoration
• Ceramic coating application

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Service Appointments and Cancellations

When you book a service appointment:

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may result in a fee and may affect future booking availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Vehicle size and type
• Service package selected
• Additional services requested
• Vehicle condition and preparation required

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.

Warranties and Guarantees

Window Tinting

Our ceramic window tint installations come with a lifetime warranty against:

• Bubbling
• Peeling
• Fading
• Color change

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents or impact
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Modifications or alterations
• Normal wear and tear beyond material defects

Detailing Services

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any concerns within 48 hours of service completion. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Eclipse Auto Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle that is discovered during or after service
• We are not liable for damage to personal property left in your vehicle during service

Vehicle Condition and Access

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your vehicle is in safe condition for service
• Removing personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service
• Providing access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location
• Disclosing any known issues or concerns about your vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, contains hazardous materials, or poses a risk to our technicians.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eclipse Auto Salon or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

When using our services or website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eclipse Auto Salon, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Williamson County, Texas.

Modifications to Terms

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eclipse Auto Salon regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
